I cannot attest this with any scientific data/tests that I have conducted but anecdotal only. Pachamama offers several CBD products but the one that caught my attention was the ‘Sleep Well Gummies’, which combines CBD along with CBN and Melatonin which are noted to have an impact on improving the quality of sleep.
Flavor
The flavor of the gummies positively stuck with me the most. The flavor profile was spot on, with no hint of CBD or any other displeasure in taste. The bite-size gummy was perfect and they weren’t too chewy or sticky.
Effect
I have used them before and after a twenty house alpine mission, rock cragging, and a chill yoga-after-workday, and it does put me in a more relaxed state of mind. Without making a bold statement, I’d like to note that I have a history of occasional nightmares, since I have been using this product I haven’t had any, coincidence? Maybe.. maybe not.
Friendliness to the Earth
The product uses ‘single origin’ hemp which is a plus when navigating the world of cannabinoid products. Although, the other ingredients used are not organic and that would be a good addition to keep the wholesomeness and the cost of it. Also, the product is sold in a plastic container, which could have been replaced with a ziplock style paper bag… after all, they are only gummies.

my sports adventures do not just go without these sweets, it helps a lot, after hellish workouts it is very difficult to fall asleep, so cbd products are very soothing to the muscles and generally help to sleep. After heavy bike rides of 100 km or more, my muscles cease to be felt at all, they are very sore and throbbing, which is why it is simply unrealistic to fall asleep. thank God there are such tools that help us athletes get normal results, without big problems

This is really helpful for relaxation. many labours who worked really hard for a whole day, use such edibles to get a relaxed sleep. This really helps to relax your mind or body.
